Read 20 minutes every day.  

Daily Writing Prompt:  

Choose one prompt EACH DAY and spend 15 minutes writing. You should have 5 or more sentences for each prompt! 

Weekly Learning Goal: 

  • I can state my opinion with 3 supporting arguments in paragraph form.  
    • Should kids be able to have their cell phones in class? Why or why not? Support your answer with 3 or more reasons.  

    • Do you think it is better to learn at home or at school?  Why or why not? Support your answer with 3 or more reasons. 

    • Do you think the driving age should be 16?  If not, should the age be younger or older? Why or why not? Support your answer with 3 or more reasons. 

    • Do you think animals should be kept in the zoo or kept free? Why or why not? Support your answer with 3 or more reasons. 

    • Are video games good or bad for kids? Should kids get limited time on video games, or should they be able to play as long as they want? Why or why not? Support your answer with 3 or more reasons.
